Justine Robles
President -
Justine Robles joined the VFW Jr. Girls at the age of six under the eligibility of her grandfather, Pvt. Sigmund Bozymowski, a US Army WWII veteran. She climbed the chairs from Guard to President of her unit. She also served as Head Advisor for the Jr. Girls 5806 until they were disbanded in 2015.
Justine joined the VFW (Ladies) Auxiliary of Post 5806 in 1988. She became President for the first time in 1991. She was elected President again in 2009 and yet again in 2015, a position she held until 2024. Justine was presented her Life Membership by the comrades of Post 5806 in 2014 for her dedication to her Post and veterans.
Justine has held many titles through the various levels of the Auxiliary. Working the chairs, she was Brooklyn County Council President 2017 through 2019. Again, working the chairs, she was District 1 President in 2024-2025. One of her proudest moments was when she accepted the office of National Americanism Ambassador/Patriotic Instructor in 2020-2021.
Justine is also a Life Member of the VFW National Home. She became a member of St. Stanislaus Memorial Post 1771 Auxiliary, American Legion in 2015. Justine has proven herself ready to help any veteran, whether in the neighborhood or sending letters or care packages overseas and she is committed to supporting the programs of the VFW Auxiliary.
Justine is also very dedicated to her family. Her husband, John Pieprzak, is a US Marine Desert Storm veteran, Commander of Post 5806, and Past District 1 Commander. She has 5 biological children, 2 stepchildren, 1 foster child, 3 grandsons, & 2 granddaughters. She enjoys country music and elephants (trunks up, please).
Justine believes in God and Country. Her long-time motto is "Always stay true to our red, white and blue.”
