Department Secretary ~ Chris Leavor
Secretaries, on all levels, are the record keepers for the Auxiliary and manage all official communication.  Duties include preparing meeting minutes; recording all official documents; submitting all required reports to Department and National; all in accordance with the Bylaws and Ritual.  The Department Secretary has an additional duty to assist and provide guidance to all other secretaries (Auxiliary and District) within the Department of New York.  This page contains useful resources, links, forms, and other information as it becomes available.
