Charlene Carnright joined the VFW Auxiliary under the eligibility of her Father David Fournier, a Vietnam Marine Corporal.  She became a Life Member immediately upon joining the VFW Auxiliary and now belongs to Waterloo Memorial Auxiliary VFW Post 6433.

    Charlene became active immediately, serving as Auxiliary Treasurer her first year.  She served as District 8 Scholarship Chairman in 2016-2017.  And in 2018-2019, Charlene was elected District 8 President and was recognized as District President of the Year.  Charlene served as Department Hospital Chairman in 2020-2021.  And then once again was elected District 8 President in 2021-2022.  Charlene took one more step in 2022-2023 and was elected Department Guard to begin her Department Line Officer journey.

    Charlene is also a Life Member of the VFW National Home and a member of the Seneca Falls American Legion Auxiliary Unit 0366.

    Charlene is the proud Mother of two adult sons, Joshua and Anthony, and four Granddaughters, Ciera, Brooke, Jasmine, and Ivy.
