Treasurers, on all levels, are the account holders for the Auxiliary and manage all
financial and membership aspects. Duties include preparing financial statements; maintaining bank records and accounts;
recording all transactions; paying approved expenses; processing membership applications; submitting all required reports to
Department and National; all in accordance with the Bylaws and Ritual.
The Department Treasurer has an additional duty to assist and provide
guidance to all other treasurers (Auxiliary and District) within the
