This program will aim to inspire individual members to become a knowledgeable mentor to others within their Auxiliary meetings. A mentor will sit with and discuss what is happening during the business meeting; teaching the basics of our organization. A mentor will explain procedures and programs to both new and current members. Successful mentoring will result in open communication, self confidence among members, increased participation, and ultimately more willingness to assume leadership roles within the Auxiliary.
